Stav Zamir is an educator and youth leadership professional with extensive experience in community-building. She has led chapter operations as a Merakezet Shevet, served as a community shlicha in the United States through the Jewish Agency, and coordinated Shnat Sherut service communities while supporting youth movement chapters across Israel’s periphery. As Director of Tzofim Tzabar on the East Coast, she oversees 15 chapters across the region, leading strategic planning, staff development, and major educational events.

 

Stav specializes in group facilitation, educational program design, and identity-based leadership development.

 

A graduate of the Beit Yisrael Mechina, Stav holds a B.A. in Education from Oranim Academic College and a certification in group facilitation from Seminar Hakibbutzim.
