Sigal, co-founder of Urman Investments, was born and raised in Binyamina, Israel. Graduating from Wingate Institute for Physical Education and Sports and from the College of Radio and Television Communication, Sigal worked as a Producer and broadcaster for a popular daily radio show in Israel. She was a counselor for juvenile delinquents, which helped her form a devotion towards helping and teaching kids.
Growing up, she had always had a special place in her heart for the Israeli Scouts. Later, Sigal became the founder of Shevet Shemesh, a non-profit organization of the Israeli Scouts in Arizona. Her passion and patriotism is portrayed towards her love for the community, her country, and assisting young children to connect with their inner fondness of Israel.
