Originally from Yavneh, Israel, Hilla was a Basic Training Commander in the IDF, and then an Officer. She moved to New York in 1998, and earned her degrees in Hospitality Management and Business at New York Institute of Technology.  She began working for the Tzofim in 2012, after different positions in finance around NYC. Hilla lives in Ridgwood with her husband Yariv and her wonderful children Leo, Ethan, and Chloe.
