Hilla was born and raised in Yavneh, Israel, and moved to New York in 1998, where she earned her degree in Hospitality Management and Business from the New York Institute of Technology, and later completed her MBA. In 2012, she joined Tzofim North America after holding several positions in finance in New York City. In her role, Hilla oversees the organization’s financial operations and supports the budgeting and financial oversight of chapters and programs across North America. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
