Dor Weiss

Director of Tzofim Tzabar - West Coast

Dor Weiss is an experienced educator and youth movement leader with a strong background in informal education and community-based programming. As Director of Tzofim Tzabar on the West Coast, he oversees 11 chapters across the region, leading strategic planning, staff development, and major educational events.
 

Before joining Tzofim North America, Dor held both national and regional leadership roles with Ha’Tnuah HaHadasha in Israel, where he designed and implemented training programs for youth coordinators, teen counselors, and volunteers. His work has focused on cultivating youth leadership, managing dynamic teams, and strengthening community partnerships.

Dor holds a B.Ed. in Informal Education, Social Sciences, and Civics from Beit Berl College. He's deeply committed to empowering young people and building
strong, values-driven communities.
