Elad is originally from Israel, and currently resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife.

He was a scout in Shevet Rishonim, and later on, was Merakez boger of the Shevet for two years, and continued on to become the regional education manager for The Dan region.

​

Elad holds a bachelor's degree in Education  from  the Kibbutzim College Of Education and a Teaching certificate in Bible and History.

In addition to his work with the Scouts in recent years, he's also worked in HTH

 school in Holon as a 7th grade teacher.
