In these roles, she has guided transformative Israel experiences and leadership journeys for teens and young adults and has worked closely with lone soldiers in Tzofim Garin Tzabar, an area of personal significance, as she was once a lone soldier herself. She also serves on Tzofim Olami executive board and board, she supports resource development initiatives.
Orit brings significant experience in fundraising and in working with Jewish Federations and diverse Jewish and Israeli communities across North America. She has a deep understanding of local Tzofim chapters and the opportunities and challenges facing their leadership.
Orit holds degrees in Business Administration and Education, along with additional training in group facilitation, parent guidance, emotional coaching, tri-therapy and mindfulness-based practices, all of which inform her educational and leadership approach.
