Ester serves as a member of the World Scouting Executive Board, where her work reflects a deep commitment to educational values, leadership development, and public impact.Professionally, Ester has built a career in the international aviation industry.

 

Over the past ten years, she has worked at Israir Airlines, where she is responsible for training new ground staff. She also serves as a Flight Supervisor, overseeing training processes, maintaining professional standards, and supporting flight operations.Through both her professional and volunteer leadership roles, Ester brings extensive experience in training, organizational development, and team leadership. She is a mother of four.
