Shiri Cohen

Shiri Cohen has been involved with Tzofim North America for the past 9 years and has served as the Head of Shevet Metzada since 2022. In this role, she has worked closely with professional staff, participants, parents, and youth leadership to support and strengthen the community while helping expand the chapter’s impact and engagement.

Shiri currently serves as the volunteer Head of the East Coast Region for Tzofim North America, supporting chapters across the eastern United States. She collaborates with local leadership teams and staff to strengthen programming, support volunteers, and create meaningful and enriching experiences for participants and their families.

Prior to her involvement with Tzofim North America, Shiri volunteered with the Israeli Scouts in Israel, where she served as Treasurer of Hanhagat Dan Ramat Gan and was a member of the Finance Committee of the Israeli Scouts movement.

Professionally, Shiri serves as a CFO and brings extensive experience in finance and operations management. She holds a B.A. in Business, is a CPA (Israel), and earned LL.M. , Law. Shiri lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
