Roni Brenner brings extensive leadership experience spanning military service, business management, and nonprofit governance. He currently serves as Vice President at RAPAC and as General Manager of Del-Ta Systems LLP, where he oversees complex operations and multidisciplinary teams.

Roni holds an MBA with honors from Ben-Gurion University and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University. He also completed executive financial training at the Israel Management Center.

Prior to his business career, Roni served for over 25 years in the Israeli Air Force as a fighter pilot, flying the F-4 Phantom aircraft. He retired with the rank of full Colonel,  

bringing with him deep expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and high-stakes decision-making.

Roni has a longstanding connection to the Scouts movement. He has been actively involved since his youth, serving in various leadership roles including group leader, shevet coordinator, Treasurer, and Head of the Ayalon Region in the Hebrew Scouts Movement, where he oversaw approximately 7,000 participants across 20 shvatim. He also served as Head of the Human Resources Committee and as a member of the National Board.

 

His professional strengths include senior leadership and organizational management, financial oversight of large-scale budgets, and leading diverse teams across engineering, operations, and quality assurance. Roni brings a strong commitment to youth development, community leadership, and the values at the core of the Tzofim movement.
