Development and Donor Relations Manager

Tamar Feinson serves as the Manager of Fundraising and Donor Relations for Tzofim North America, where she oversees development strategy, donor stewardship, and grant management across the organization’s expanding network. With a background in operations, marketing, and community engagement, Tamar brings more than 15 years of experience leading mission-driven initiatives in both the nonprofit and private sectors.

Tamar holds a B.A. in Communication (Public Relations) from the University of Maryland. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and is passionate about strengthening youth leadership, cultivating Jewish identity, and fostering meaningful connections between North American communities and Israel.
