Raz Avitan Katz is a social-impact executive with over 15 years of experience leading civil society organizations and national initiatives, with expertise in strategy, operations, public policy, and cross-sector partnerships.
Previously, he served as CEO of Lemaanam - Physicians for Holocaust Survivors, overseeing a nationwide network of 1,500+ volunteer specialist physicians providing free medical care to Holocaust survivors across Israel.
Earlier, Raz founded and led “Baim LaTov,” the National System for Senior Citizen Volunteerism at the Ministry for Social Equality, building initiatives across more than 100 local authorities.
Raz brings strategic vision and hands-on leadership to strengthening Israeli society through collaboration and impact. He lives with his family in New Jersey.
