Hait Gilad serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tzofim Olami. She brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the organization, during which she has held senior roles in educational strategy, program development, and international leadership.

Before she was appointed CEO, Hait led major educational initiatives serving Jewish and Israeli communities globally. She served as Programming National Director for the Israeli American Council (IAC), where she worked on university campuses across North America, strengthening Jewish identity and connection to Israel among young adults. She also served as the Central Shlicha for the Western United States, where she worked closely with youth, community leaders, and partner organizations to expand the reach and impact of Tzofim’s educational and leadership programs.

In addition to her executive leadership, Hait serves as an active member of governing boards and educational partnerships across North America, Australia, and Europe. Her work focuses on advancing informal education, cultivating youth leadership, and reinforcing meaningful connections between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide.

 

Hait holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
