Aya was born and raised in Israel and is currently living in Los Angeles.

Aya held various leadership and lay leadership position in non-profit organizations and is active in the Jewish, Pro-Israel non-profit world for more than 15 years.

Aya is married to an Israeli-American and is a mother of 4 children, two of them are current members of the scouts and the other two are future members. 

Aya is very connected to the mission and vision of the Israeli Scouts and is proud to be a part of the board that will push the organization forward to reach more kids and grow.
