Amit is originally from Kefar Daniel, but before coming to Los Angeles he lived in Mitzpe Ramon. He served in the Intelligence Force as a soldier and an officer. After his army service, Amit was a Merakez, facilitated Komunot and sometimes just a guide in different educational organizations: “Beni Hamoshavim”, Israeli Scouts, Habonim Dror in Philadelphia, pre army Mechina “Aderet”, The Society for Protecting the Nature in Israel, Edmond de Rothschild partnerships and more.

 

Amit has a BA in social work and general history from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, a group facilitator diploma and a hiking guide one too!

 

In his free time, Amit loves the outdoors, running (soon a half marathon!) Carpentry, pottery and every handcraft there is!
