There are many programs the Israeli Scouts Movement involved in. These programs are at the heart of the life of the Israeli Scout Movement and encompass its capacity of social innovation: for each situation, for each problem, for each need expressed by young people and their community, Scouting proposes different social solutions, all based on the same promise, that is to build a better world.

Tzamid
Tzamid, scouts children with special needs, take part in the scouts' activities in Israel. Every week the Tzamid scouts join the scouts Shvatim (chapters) activities or join special activities just for them. The Tzamid scouts, together with the Shvatim (chapters) gain an appreciation and understanding for their similarities, as well as their challenges. Together, they learn the value of respect, tolerance and diversity.
Shva
The Tzofim has initiated Project Shva to foster the integration of youth from Ethiopian origin in to Tzofim activities. The project encourages leadership amongst the participants and assists them in integrating them into Israeli society while still preserving their traditions and heritage with pride.
At Risk Youth
The Tzofim movement collaborated with many organizations in Israel to advance equal opportunities for at-risk youth by developing a sense of ability and by strengthening the self image of those young people. These youth have left the education system. Once these young people join the Israel Scouts Movement, they are able to feel sense of belonging to strengthen their self image and develop a sense of ability and responsibility.
