There are many programs that the Israel Scout Movement is involved in. These programs are at the heart of the life of the Israel Scout Movement and encompass its capacity of social innovation.  Scouting proposes different social solutions, for each situation, for each problem, for each need expressed by young people and their community, all based on the same promise; to build a better world.

Tzamid
Tzamid is a Scout program for children with special needs. Every week the Tzamid scouts join the scouts Shvatim (chapters) activities or join special activities just for their Tzamid group. The Tzamid scouts, together with the Shvatim (chapters) gain an appreciation and understanding for their similarities, as well as their differences.  Together, they learn the value of respect, tolerance and diversity.

Shva
The Tzofim initiated Project Shva to foster the integration of youth from Ethiopia. The project encourages leadership among the Ethiopian Scouts in their own communities and assists them in integrating their groups into Israeli society, while still preserving their traditions and heritage with pride.

At Risk Youth
The Tzofim movement works hard to help at-risk youth.  There are many youths have left the educational system and feel hopeless in their life.   Once these young people join the Israel Scout Movement, they feel a sense of community, of belonging and their self images are strengthened because of this.
